Project

About the company

French Estate Poland is a company based in Poland that offers to rent and buy real estate mainly for the French community. It is a 100% digital real estate agency. They also offer to accompany them for rental investments in Poland.

About the project

Quentin contacted me to redesign his website so that it would be totally responsive. In addition, it had to contain a new search section that included all available properties and the possibility to contact a real estate agent.

Problem

The main problem was that on the old site, the search and the available properties were not present and this had a big impact on the turnover and the visibility of the agency.

Goal

The objective was to have a large search and display of available properties in order to have a major sales force and increased visibility of the agency. The user experience had to be ergonomic and well thought out in order to give users confidence in their search for property or rental investment.

Scope

1

Project

We discussed a lot with Quentin about his project, his expectations, his needs to really define a good strategy from the beginning.

2

Wireframes

Here we defined the screens we needed, I created wireframes to experiment with the user journey. The focus was on the search/display part of the site and the contact form.

3

Mockups

After validation of the user path, wireframes, colors and typography, I created the entire user interface.

4

Prototype

Afterwards, I made a prototype to help the developer on the micro interactions mainly.

Styleguide

As for the colors Quentin already had in mind, I adjusted them to make a coherent color palette.
